Civil Law

We provide civil legal services on a whole range of civil matters including, among others; evictions, child custody, child protection, dissolutions, etc. to income eligible residents within St. Louis County. These intakes are accepted on a case by case basis. Please be aware that availability for civil legal services at The Indian Legal Assistance Program is limited.

Do you have a court case that you are seeking legal representation for?

To determine whether or not we will be able to assist you, you must complete a new intake form, even if you are a current or previous client of The Indian Legal Assistance Program. If you have a new court case, then a new intake form is required.

Please complete the form online or call our office and a staff member will complete your intake over the phone with you.
